Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Magic Cleaner Austria.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable period.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the product arrived damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our mistake or a defective product, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
